  • You may access and use the Services only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including trade, export control, and data protection laws.

    • Share, resell, or sublicense your access without authorization.

    • Copy, modify, or reverse engineer the software.

    • Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent activities.

  • Access credentials (usernames, passwords, API keys) are your responsibility, and you must ensure they remain confidential.

3. Subscription & Licensing

  • Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annual) or as otherwise agreed in your contract.

  • Subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.

  • Access rights automatically terminate if subscriptions lapse or agreements are terminated.

4. Payments

  • All subscription fees, license costs, and service charges must be paid in accordance with the chosen plan or client contract.

  • Payments are processed via secure, authorized payment gateways.

  • We do not store sensitive payment information.

  • Late or non-payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

5. Data Ownership & Security

  • You retain ownership of your business and customer data stored within our Services.

  • By using our Services, you grant us the right to process your data solely to deliver and improve our Services.

  • We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption, access controls, backups) to safeguard data.

6. Confidentiality

  • All client data, trade information, and business workflows processed within the Services are treated as confidential.

7. Service Availability & Support

9. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, titles, and interests in the Services (including software, code, trademarks, UI/UX, documentation) remain the property of Softlink Global Pvt. Ltd.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business interruption or loss of profits.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Softlink Global Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and employees against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Misuse of our Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Non-compliance with applicable laws

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Amendments

  • Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
