Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Softlink Global, we prioritize complete customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and confidence in our offerings, we provide a free demo before any purchase. This allows our clients to thoroughly evaluate the software’s features, functionality, and suitability for their business needs.

If customization is required, all changes are discussed in detail prior to finalizing the agreement. This includes the scope of work, additional costs (if any), and delivery timelines.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of services is permitted only after the completion of the agreed contract or service period as outlined in the signed agreement.

  • Mid-term cancellations are not permitted unless explicitly stated in the agreement or mutually agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy

Once the software is installed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. This policy is in place for the following reasons:

  1. A complete and functional demo of the software is provided before purchase to allow clients to assess the product’s capabilities.

  2. Any customizations are carried out only after thorough discussions between the client and our project management team, ensuring mutual understanding of the requirements and deliverables.

  3. Clients are welcome to request further enhancements or changes to the software in the future to align with evolving business needs. These requests will be handled as per our ongoing support and customization policy.
