Softlink
Logistic Systems Pvt. Ltd.
was incorporated in the year 1998, with
sole aim of providing Quality Software
Solutions at a reasonable price. The
Company identified domestic Import /
Export sector which includes Exporters,
Importers, Freight Forwarders and IATA
Cargo Agent as the area to concentrate
and build solutions for them.
Started in Mumbai with
two persons and two computers and no
client, Softlink is now grown
to a size with more then 25 Engineers,
a presence in every major port cities
of India and more then 2500 satisfied
clients. We have definitely succeeded
in creating a large base of highly satisfied
customer who swear by our products.
All our products are ranked number one
in whichever area they are.
Since the inception company
adopted a difficult path to achieve
success in creating Software Packages
and then marketing them. Development
of Software packages requires very high
technical and professional skills and
also involves financial risks. However
the strategy finally paid off and our
packages got accepted in the market
and now they are considered to be the
benchmark for other packages of their
class.
Our first package namely
"IMPEX"
(Software Package for Custom House Agent's
& Self-Clearing Companies) is having
more than 850 installation that includes
all the respectable companies in the
logistics industry. Our other success
"X-PORT"
(Documentation and Management Software
for Exporters) is also in use with more
than 1000 companies. In fact all the
major companies involved in Import or
Export trade in India directly or indirectly
are using our Software Packages.
We at Softlink
have always believed that every satisfied
customer is worth 10 more customers
and the word of mouth is the best form
of advertisement. This philosophy has
driven us to keep all our customers
satisfied and to achieve this we have
to provide an excellent after sales
support. Hence we have created a team
of professionals who provide support
on line and by regular visits to customers
to resolve their problems.
